Stir things up is a collaboration between Miss Jill Harness and Mr. Vincent Niebla.  We're here to show you how to make a fabulous international meal every week.  We never know what country we will be cooking from, but we will only have 12 hours to learn about that country's eating habits and cuisine and create it in our own kitchen.  There are no pro-chefs, no hiden failures (if we blow it, you see it), and no pre-baked foods.  We do it all live.

If you love learning about different cultures and love trying new foods, but can't afford to travel to all sorts of remote locations, this show is for you. And with a new location picked at random every week, we're sure you'll find something you love.
